HOTM 9 Ticket Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor & Promotional Partner
The HOTM 9 Ticket Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Submission Snax LLC (“Sponsor”) in connection with the Heroes On The Mat × Submission Snax collaboration.
Heroes On The Mat (@heroesonthemat) is a promotional partner in connection with the Giveaway and HOTM 9. Submission Snax LLC is responsible for administering the Giveaway, determining eligible entries, conducting the random drawing, notifying the winner, and awarding the prize.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 7:00 PM Eastern Time and ends Friday, October 9, 2026 at 7:00 PM Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Owners and employees of Submission Snax LLC and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
Eligible individuals may receive one entry using either of the following methods:
METHOD 1 — PURCHASE ENTRY
Purchase any eligible Heroes On The Mat × Submission Snax collaboration hoodie between October 2, 2026 and October 9, 2026 at 7:00 PM ET.
Customers who purchased an eligible collaboration hoodie between October 2 and the public announcement of the Giveaway are also eligible and will automatically receive one entry.
No additional purchase is necessary for those customers.
OR
METHOD 2 — FREE INSTAGRAM ENTRY — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
During the Giveaway Period:
❤️ Like the HOTM 9 Giveaway post on Instagram.
💬 Comment on the Giveaway post.
📲 Share the Giveaway post to your Instagram Story, include #HOTM9Giveaway, and tag @submissionsnax and @heroesonthemat.
Entrants with private Instagram accounts must send a screenshot of their qualifying Story share to @submissionsnax via Instagram direct message before the Giveaway Period ends so the entry can be verified.
5. Entry Limit
Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
Purchasing more than one eligible hoodie does not provide additional entries.
Completing both the purchase and free entry methods does not provide additional entries.
A purchase does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
6. Prize
One winner will receive three (3) admission tickets to HOTM 9, scheduled for October 24, 2026 at St. Peter’s Boys High School in Staten Island, New York.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $195 total ($65 per ticket).
All prizes will be awarded.
The prize has no cash value from Sponsor and may not be exchanged for cash. Transportation, lodging, meals, parking and other costs associated with attending HOTM 9 are not included.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
After the Giveaway Period ends, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be announced and/or contacted via Instagram on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at approximately 10:00 AM ET.
The selected winner must respond within 24 hours of notification.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor will randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
All prizes will be awarded to an eligible winner.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Each eligible entrant receives a maximum of one entry regardless of entry method.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Official Rules or that Sponsor reasonably determines to be fraudulent, automated, manipulated or otherwise invalid.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect its administration, fairness or integrity, subject to applicable law.
By accepting the prize, the winner is responsible for complying with applicable requirements imposed by the HOTM 9 event organizer or venue.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Submission Snax LLC and not to Instagram or Meta.
